5. How do I get my product data into SayuConnect?

We can work with any acceptable product feed export from your system. This could be a custom product data export from your website's ADMIN or Google Base Feed or any other product feed listing your products, prices, path to images, product/manufacturer code, categories and relation between products and categories. back to top

6. How can I export order data from SayuConnect?

The web ADMIN system provides complete control over order data including editing orders, generating PDF invoices & packing slips, export selected fields on orders, etc. We can also offer custom solutions to export order data automatically at regular intervals. back to top

7. What Payment Methods can I use with my Mobile solution?

Currently, very few companies offer Payment Gateway solutions which are mobile friendly such as PayPal Mobile Express Checkout, Google Mobile Checkout, etc. Our solution works with both these checkouts out-of-the-box and also offers custom integration solutions with other Payment Gateway service providers. back to top

13. What domain name can I use with my mobile site?

According to Google's recommendation, you can use a sub-domain of your primary domain name for your mobile website (Example: m.yourwebsite.co.uk). Sub-Domains can be created from your Domain Registration Control Panel. back to top

14. How will customers get redirected to my Mobile Website if they visit via a smartphone?

You will have to include few lines of code into your HTAccess file on Linux based servers which basically checks for mobile browser user agents and redirects users automatically to the mobile website. For IIS based servers, you can create auto-detection and redirection at the server control panel or use ISAPI filters. We can also advise you on how to achieve this by adding few additional lines of code. back to top
